Designed 
to endure the most extreme climates and conditions, TriPex is a top of the line water transfer system, consisting of two 1” pex pipe lines (supply and return) insulated in a triple wrapped closed cell foam insulation. The wrapped pex pipes are shielded from harmful environmental conditions by a plastic corrugated tile pipe. Tripex begins with two pex pipes; which give you flexibility, maneuverability, and ease of installation. Surrounding these pipes is an incredibly effective multi-layer insulation, designed to withstand the most intense environments, whether it be moisture, humidity, temperature extremes, or punctures. Reflecting 97% of radiant heat, the primary source of heat flow, TriPex insulation gives you high quality thermal performance. Recent test results verified water passed through Tripex to loose 1-2°F in 100 ft. Includes 25 year warranty on pex pipes.
Foam filled insulated boiler pipe is a highly efficient water transfer system specially designed to respond to the most intensive environments and climates. The pex pipes are insulated with almost 5 or 6 inches of high quality closed cell polyolefin or polyethylene foam (approx. R-value of 8.5), which provides thermal performance and protection against water migration. The two pex pipes are used for supply and return. The shell material is a virgin plastic corrugated tile pipe that prevents environmental water, harsh conditions, or environmental particles from entering the system and interrupting the efficiency of your installation. The heavy duty tiles also prevent the heart of the foam filled pipe from compression. Usage of foam filled pipe offers prime efficiency and flexibility in your most simple to most complex installations. Maximum operating pressure at 180 degrees is 100 psi, and at 73 degrees is 160 psi. Water looses 1-2°F per 100 ft. Includes 25 year warranty on pex pipes.
While using the same Tripex design, 5-wrap has extended to get the most possible heat transfered through your water system. 5-wrap has proved it's outstanding thermal perfomance with test results coming in to show it looses .62°F per 100'! It consists of 2-1" pex lines going through 5 layers of closed cell insulation (Prodex material. See www.insulation4less.com), each layer reflecting 97% of radiant heat. Insulated pex is inserted into a 5" or 6" HD corrugated tile.
