Underground insulated boiler pipe is used to transfer hot water from a boiler, solar, or similar system into a home for domestic heating of air and water. Pex lines are insulated to be sure you receive the most heat possible transfered from the boiler or solar system into your home. Insulated pipe is inserted into a draintile to provide protection from harmful environmental particles, weather, water, or anything that would hinder the insulated pipe material and the heating process.
Water to air and water to water heat exchangers are placed in homes to extract the heat created by outdoor wood boilers/solar systems. The heat exchanger converts the heated water into usable hot air and/or hot water for showers, sinks, dishwashers, etc.
Circulating pumps are needed to push the water through the pipe lines into the home towards the heat exchangers. Once the hot water has been used it's then pumped back to the outdoor wood boiler and/or solar panel to be heated and begin the process again, providing you with continuous hot water for use in heating your home.
