We have several sidearm heat exhangers that are designed to work perfectly with most outdoor wood boilers and/or standard conventional hot water tank system.

Our sidearms are made with a shell and tube design (7 small pipes enclosed in one large pipe for maximum heat transfer). Overall length of sidearm is 17” or 25" (choose your preferance at checkout). Heating tube is 1 1/2" in diameter. 14,000 BTU output with a domestic pump at 2 GPM.
A sweat fitting sidearm has 3/4” ID end ports, and 1 1/8” OD side ports. A threaded sidearm has 3/4" FPT (female pipe thread) end ports, and 1" FPT side ports.
